Ospitalità, ambiente, musica, cocktails, cibo, prezzi...tutto, ma proprio tutto è da 5 stelle ai Cuatro Monos. Ubicato nel cuore del quartiere Ruzafa (appena dopo il mercato) questo gastro-bar rappresenta un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso per gli Italiani (e non) a València in quanto offre un ottimo caffè preparato con sapienza, oltre a delle buonissime torte fatte in casa (hanno anche le sfogliatelle). L'interno è arredato in modo semplice, ma ricercato; il gioco di luci soffuse, i comodi divanetti, il lungo bancone in legno, le belle foto in bianco e nero affisse alle pareti, l'ottima selezione musicale...sono tutti elementi che si fondono a creare il mix perfetto per godersi quel poco (o tanto) tempo a disposizione in totale relax.
