Cons: served literally raw burger, inattentive wait staff, served bland fries that were advertised as a specialty

Pros: interesting decor

The story: I visited this restaurant on 30 November 2018 from 21:29h to 22:44h with a friend after shopping in the area. I ordered the Truffled Burger and fries, medium done. I received a burger that was quite literally uncooked throughout. I took one bite and was confused by the texture. I set the burger down to disassemble it and found that it was not medium done; it was raw. It was not bloody, but a mash of pink and white, low-quality hamburger meat. Since I have worked in restaurants before and know how they should operate safely, I was very disappointed in the restaurant cook for allowing this meal to escape the kitchen. It was a health risk.

Not wanting to make a scene, I asked if I could just pay for the beer I ordered and the fries that came with the burger. The waitress told me that they didn't sell fries separately and refused. Another waitress/manager(?) happened to pass by and took over, offering to re-do the burger or get me something else. I said no thanks. (I didn't want anything else from a place that was careless enough to serve a raw burger.) The bill was brought out without the cost of the burger included. I paid and left. I...

PERSONAL EXCELENTE, pero PRODUCTOS DEFICIENTES (bajada notable de calidad, con aumento de precios)

El pasado domingo, 8 de octubre de 2023, acudí a cenar con mi pareja al restaurante. Pedimos, entre otros, el COMBO y COSTILLAR.

Cuando nos sirvieron, nos encontramos con la NEGATIVA sorpresa de que:

1. El COMBO no llevaba aros de cebolla, sino como unos “fritos”. Sin que nos informaran de nada, hasta que recibimos el plato.
2. El COSTILLAR, en su presentación, encontramos que era notablemente de peor calidad. Las patatas fritas que lo acompañaban eran de MUY INFERIOR CALIDAD, similares a las congeladas de un supermercado. Y, en relación con este plato, tampoco nos dieron a opción con el acompañamiento.

En conclusión, encontramos una subida de precio de sus productos (puesto que son notablemente más caros, en especial el COMBO), que no iba acompañada de un mantenimiento de la calidad de sus productos o de mejora. Es decir, dos puntos negativos: SUBIDA DE PRECIO y PEOR CALIDAD DE PRODUCTOS.

Adicionalmente, destacar que no disponían de papel del ticket. Nos lo tuvieron que mostrar en la PDA.

Sírvase este comentario para que traten de mejorar el servicio, y, sean más previsibles con los acontecimientos y mayor afluencia de clientela. Disponiendo de los productos y calidad de la que alardean publicitariamente que, evidentemente no se corresponden con la experiencia vivida en esta ocasión. I’m really disappointed in this place and I think it sucks!!!
