Most amazing sushi I’ve ever had and I eat a lot of sushi, I arrived in Valencia 3 days ago and needed something to eat so came here I left very satisfied and came back another 2 times purely of how amazing the food was. If I was in Valencia for longer I think I’d come here every day, there is not a flaw in anything everything is amazing, the service the atmosphere and the food was just pristine perfect, I recommend the foig gras nigiri it melts in your mouth, I had to get that every time I came because it was amazing. I really do like the waitress and how kind she was and the chefs aswell would welcome you in. 15/10 best...

Otra pena para un lugar reducido y donde la dueña intenta poner la máxima ilusión para hacer crecer su negocio, pero no de la forma de la última visita.

Después de cerrar temporalmente, reabre el local con nuevo cocinero y camarera.

Tras no poder sentarse en la mínúscula mesa junto a la puerta por falta de espacio cómodo, nos aposentamos en la barra. Todo normal.

Pedimos tres platos. El primero tarda más de 10 minutos y el segundo más de 20, es decir media hora. La camarera a la que le pedimos la comanda nos pregunta si solo habíamos pedido una cosa. Ante la cara de estupefacción, el chef se da cuenta y nos dice que ahora nos hace los siguientes platos, más de media hora después de pedirlos. Ante el considerable e injustificable retraso -la comunicación entre camarera y chef fue inexistente- anulamos el tercer plato. Nuestro tiempo es muy valioso.

A pesar de las disculpas en inglés de la dueña -la camarera ni mu-, lo peor es la falta de atención a dos clientes en la barra -visión directa- que están con los platos vacíos casi media hora. Si no los reclamamos, aún estábamos allí esperando.

El remate fue con la cuenta. Incluyeron el tercer plato que habíamos anulado por lo que si no la hubiésemos revisado habría colado. La dueña volvió a pedir disculpas, pero le dije que no eran sufucientes y que me había parecido un trato poco profesional. La reacción fue algo así como que en la próxima visita nos compensaría. No creo que lo pueda hacer porque ahora no hay ganas de estar esperando y tampoco hubo tampoco, por ejemplo, el detalle de invitarte a un café que tampoco exigimos. Nos lo tomamos fuera.

Y una pena porque el sushi es bueno con punto de arroz perfecto y buena materia prima, además de mucha variedad tanto japonesa...
