Jenkin's - Gran Vía — Restaurant in Valencia

Certainly not the best burger experience I had in Valencia. Aside from the inexplicably long waiting time despite a rather empty restaurant, the food turned out to be spectacularly mediocre. We had pulled pork fries, which were a lukewarm mess drenched in ketchup. If you were looking for a spoonful of vinegar-flavoured porridge, then look no further. As for the burger, I had the Juicy Lucy, as per the waiter's recommendation. I can safely say that I've definitely had better buns. The rare patty's texture stood out as inconsistent, and the bacon strips were partially burned to a crisp and overall dry as a thin plank of wood. The sauce was rather bland as well, and the cheddar filling was, well.. a cheddar filling. The only thing that escapes scrutiny is the caramellised onion and the cup of packeted green tea that I washed it all down with. Going to Jenkin's was definitely one of the experiences of all time, and it made me look forward to experiencing...

This is beyond just a burger place .. yes, they won the best burger and all, but this is a MEAT restaurant.. it comes with high quality meat turned into great dishes. The atmosphere brings a great vibe and sets you right on the mood to enjoy your meal experience. Definitely a spot to hit in Valencia at any moment.

Service is as expected from their quality. They are a young team of highly motivated individuals paying attention to detail and providing you with the right information for your food selection.

Place is great for kids and all family members. Is accessible for handicap and also takes reservations (highly recommend on peak hour days).

The burgers: expect new flavors, meat to be cook medium (Al punto) as the quality is so high that cooking it more will be a waste of quality. The buns (similar to a donut) are a bit sweet to bring the contrast with the salty...

Probably the best burger in my whole life. Useless saying more words. I spent a really easy birthday dinner here with my parents and my sister, but the location, the food and the waitresses (so cute and kind🫶) really made our night. Jenkins from now on will be my point of reference for evaluating this category of restaurants, which I love so much. Suggested 100% BEST BURGERS in Valencia. I tried the biggest burger on the menu with the best meat I ever found in this category of restaurants. Also the nachos was something fallen from heaven. Everything was amazing the best birthday dinner I ever had.
