We came in with high expectations after seeing the hype and curated vibe on social media, but left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
The ambience was unexpectedly dry — we were seated in the club area, but there was no music playing, which made the atmosphere feel flat and awkward. You could hear cutlery clinking and every nearby conversation. Perhaps there was an issue with the sound system that night.
On a brighter note, the food was good, though not quite great — especially considering the price. They could also put in a little effort to add more vegetarian options, they were lacking.
The menu has a quirky edge, both in presentation and ingredients, and the decor is playful and eccentric, which adds to the experience visually.
The staff were warm and welcoming, always smiling and clearly enjoying their work, which created a friendly tone throughout.
If you’re in the city looking for an authentic Italian dining experience, I’d personally recommend a more traditional trattoria or osteria.
But if you’re in the mood for something a little different, with a twist of fun and flair, this could still be worth a try — just hope they’ve sorted out the music by...
Read moreWhat a huge disappointment. We ran in to this Restaurant after long travels by accident and had no expectations at all. But the atmosphere was so great that we immediately felt that we’d like to eat in here. Service was friendly and they found a table despite restaurant got many reservations. Aperitivo and wine were great, but the food.. Ordered Vitello as a starter and went for a Carbonara and Pizza for the mains. Starter - dry meat, felt old, fridge aftertaste, lacked of creamy tuna sauce and the rest of ingredients. Fake caviar was so fake that it tasted like plastic. Because we were very hungry waiting for the main course more than hour was very challenging. Although manager (or owner) apologized because they had some “oven” problems in kitchen - pizza came totally disaster. How you can even can serve this? Ingredients were fresh and great, but the base - a joke. Unrisen dough, baked in cold oven, hard raw pizza base. Pasta was overcooked, and came cold, what made egg yolks pretty unpleasant. Nobody even asked us about how was the food and this is very sad. Wonderful place to admire great interior but far away from real...
Read moreWhat a hidden gem! I stumbled upon this place while strolling the streets of Valencia with my little girl after school. Most restaurants here don’t open until 8 pm, and we were already starving at 7. Even without a reservation, the staff welcomed us warmly and happily found us a table without hesitation.
From the moment we sat down, the experience was incredible. The food was nothing short of spectacular, serving up some of the finest Italian cuisine I’ve ever had. Our evening was made even more delightful by Dalila from Puglia, who not only took great care of us but shared a few laughs along the way, making the atmosphere feel so relaxed and friendly.
As if the evening couldn’t get any better, we were surprised by a fantastic performance from their in-house musician, who, I’m guessing, might have been part of the kitchen team. It was such a fun and unexpected touch that added to the overall charm.
It was the perfect blend of simplicity and excellence, making our Friday night truly memorable. I can’t...
