La Mezcla Perfecta — Restaurant in Valencia

We had a surreal experience at this restaurant. We ended up there quite randomly but it was for real one of the best Italians I have ever had. The croquetas were incredible, especially the ones with mushroom. The parmigiana was incredible, lasagna with pistachio was not sickening at all which I thought it was going to be, and the pizza of the house was really tasty. Absolutely wonderful Pizza and Pasta. There were three of us for dinner. We ordered a Popeye's Salad to share (spinach, gorganzola sauce, onions, sundried tomatoes and apple). One of us ordered (Gluten Free) spaghetti Bolognese and loved it. The other of us shared a pizza prosciutto e fungi and a pasta with pistachio sauce and pancetta. Delicious! No voy a entrar en detalles sobre si la comida era típicamente italiana y esas cosas, porque no soy muy entendido en este tema. Voy a contar mi experiencia cenando el otro día. Para empezar nos sacaron un plato que se llama Vitello focaccia que son como unas tortas que las combinas con una carne laminada y una salsa, que está para chuparse los dedos. De hecho, si hubiera estado en mi casa, chupo hasta el plato. Despues tocó el turno de una tosta iberico. Es un pan tostado con una salsa verde, diria que pesto pero con algo más, y encima unas bolas de carne exquisitas que se deshacen en la boca. Impresionante. Ibamos a pedir una pizza que tambien me habian dicho que estaban de muerte, pero ya no podiamos más. Todo esto acompañado de cerveza de importación sin filtrar, una delicia. Aunque tambien tienen una buena carta de vinos. Para el próximo día. De postre, un tiramisú al que no me pude resistir, y eso que yo no soy muy de dulces. Y como colofón un meloncello, que como su propio nombre indica es como el limoncello pero con sabor a melón. El típico sorbete que te lo tomas y está buenísimo. Luego tienes que agarrarte fuertemente a la silla para levantarte, pero eso es otro cantar. El trato, mejor imposible, el local, genial, con mesas dentro y fuera.
