Dempanadas — Restaurant in Valencia

My husband and I loved this place!!! This was our first trip to Valencia from California. This spot was in five minutes walking distance from our airbnb, which we stayed at for 3 weeks. It came as a recommendation, and we are so happy it did. We tried empananas from another location with very high ratings, and it didn't come close to the food we ate here! Everything we ordered it was absolutely delicious! We went to the restaurant several times ( day and night) and tried several dishes and options. The food is homemade and made with the highest ingredients. The mother and daughter team were so kind and helpful to us during our stay. This little local gem of a restaurant became our go-to for comfort, hospitality, and homemade food. Thank you for taking such good care of your new Californian friends;)...

El año pasado encargué para mi cumpleaños la tarta vegana de chocolate y fresa y ningún problema. No osbtante, este año, he vuelto a encargarla, y la experiencia ha sido muy desagradable. Cuando llegué a la tienda a las 12h,estaba cerrada, para mi sorpresa, pues en google maps ponía que estaba abierta. Vi que en la puerta tenían indicado un horario diferente, y supuestamente abrían a las 12. Pasadas las 12 apareció una chica, y le dije que iba a recoger una tarta. Me tuve que esperar a que abriera y encendiera la caja. Tuvo que llamar a una compañera para confirmar el pedido, pues no lo tenía claro. Al ir a pagar, me dijo que no le habían indicado el peso exacto de la tarta, y que se cobra por peso. Me preguntó si me parecía bien cobrarme 44€ (por una tarta para 4-6 personas), y que cuánto me había costado el año pasado. Comprobandolo más tarde, vi que el año pasado por la misma tarta pero para 8 personas, bastante más grande, me cobraron 38€. Me reconoció ella misma que la organización era pésima, y puedo confirmarlo. Pagué la tarta sin decir nada, por no generar una situación incómoda, y me fui. Para mi sorpresa, al llegar a casa y partir la tarta, me di cuenta de que era solo de chocolate. No era la tarta que había encargado. Les he hablado por instagram y han decidido devolverme parte del dinero. Da pena tener que poner una reseña así, pero no creo que se pueda descuidar el trato al cliente de esta manera, máxime cuando yo era una cliente que había vuelto a solicitar vuestros servicios. No me volvería a arriesgar a encargar una tarta para un día...
