Papanato Plaza Mercat — Restaurant in Valencia

I've come to Argentinian restaurant to order a high quality steak. There was none in the menu. The only beef you can order is ribs or "vacio" (flank). I have ordered "Milanesa" (breaded beef) with guacamole topping via QR code on the table. The web app confirmed it's ordered. after 20 minutes we've asked where's the dish, and the waiter asked what we have ordered, because it actually wasn't, so we had to wait extra. the dish itself tasted like funky beef meat, but the worst was guacamole topping on it: it had a garbage taste, like guacamole was 1 month old or so. Also the hair in the meat made it totally disgusting. another dish "Parrillada" (price 22 EUR)was of the same funky flank beef, and oversalted pork sausages. I went to Papanato Plaze Mercado because I wanted to try and drink the Mate Argentino for the first time in my life. The lady who welcomed me is so wonderful and friendly -her name is Carina. She is so professional and helpful. The package that I ordered included a sandwich and desserts. The food was nice and the Mate Argentino is a nice hot drink. I've heard it's healthy. They have an option to order the food from your phone to the table which doesn’t work well to begin with. The cold nqchos took about half an hour to arrive… Some people at our table got their food relatively fast, some never did. I waited 45 MINUTES-1HOUR for my order…which never arrived.
