I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. It was clear that this restaurant takes pride in its cleanliness and organization. The waiter, Italo, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional in a very friendly and attentive way to checking in on us making sure we had everything we needed. His enthusiasm and genuine interest in ensuring we enjoyed our meal made all the difference. The food itself was very good. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one was expertly prepared and presented. The flavors were bold and delicious. In short, the combination of cleanliness, organization, and exceptional service makes it stand out from the crowd. We can't wait to go back! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great...

The restaurant is cozy and nice just literally a 2-minutes walk from the Mercado Central, and we were immediately greeted warmly by the waitress when we came in. We ordered two appetisers; one was the "Buñuelo de bacalao con alioli" and one was bread with a kind of tomato dip and alioli (Spanish-garlic dip), which was recommended by our waitress. Both appetisers were extremely(!) delicious. Our main dish was, of course, the Valencian paella, which was also super nice. Not only did all dishes exceed our expectations, but also the service; Fabiana was our waitress and she was perfect! I spoke very little Spanish, though she was very helpful and friendly, helping us get the best Valencian cuisines....

Service exceptionally bad. After we were seated at a table we waited 15-20 min to order. As no one approached us (was no rush hour, 10.45 am) I asked Oscar, our waiter, if we can order with him. 20 minutes later we were missing 2 of the 4 coffees we ordered. I asked another waiter and we were told that the other coffees haven't been ordered to the barista. After asking Oscar about the drinks....we were brought 2 more coffees and 1 of the toast ordered. Finally another 10 min later no food arrived so we asked to pay for what we had and left. From 5 people one had the coffee and the food...the others just the pain of waiting and the bad...
