My recent visit to this establishment was disappointing, primarily due to a clear lack of effective management. I ordered a simple chicken burger and a milkshake, and after waiting approximately 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant, I approached the counter to check on my order. When I inquired, the staff casually informed me they were out of Oreo for the milkshake I’d requested—information I hadn’t been told earlier, which should have been addressed proactively.
One of the staff members kindly offered to make a KitKat milkshake instead, which I accepted. However, due to a broken milkshake machine, she had to make it by hand, adding another five minutes to the wait. Throughout the entire experience, while the staff were friendly, they appeared to be in no hurry, handling everything with a level of slowness that reflected a lack of direction or urgency.

Read moreI had three terrible instances during my visit here. Firstly my order which was given to me was wrong - credit to the staff member, he added the item which was left out at no extra cost once I explained the situation to him.
Secondly, I ordered the chicken nuggets which were totally pink inside. I showed these to the same staff member behind the counter and he did then give me another after he acknowledged that the ones which were given to me weren’t up to the standard.
Thirdly, we had a box of doughnuts (these were not purchased here and were unopened) with us and as I went to take my daughter to the baby changing room downstairs, I forgot something and my wife went to give it to me by the stairs. A staff member STOLE our doughnuts and took them to the back and ate half of them.

Read moreWe paid by card at the kiosk. The receipt clearly shows that the amount was charged to the card, but the order could not be sent to the kitchen, so we never received our food. We went to the counter, but the person who seemed to be the manager didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what was written on the receipt. They tried to convince us that the money would be refunded to the card, even though the receipt clearly states that the refund transaction failed.
They even wrote by hand on the receipt that if the money does not return to the account within five days (which obviously won’t happen, since the receipt shows the refund failed), we should come back and they would give us the money in cash. We explained that this is not a solution, as we are only staying in Valencia for two more days, since we flew here on holiday from another country.
