Food is quite good although do not expect anything mind-blowing. The service though is badly lacking. The waiters are kind but ended up having us wait an unacceptably long period of time before ordering - this already had us consider switching restaurants. Nevertheless, we ended up ordering as we were convinced that the food would be rushed and everything would be brought at once. This, however, was not the case as the food came in parts and parts of our group ended up waiting for 40 minutes for one of their two dishes - with the waitress explaining how some of the dishes take longer in the kitchen. As the dish in question was cannelloni and there was no mention of the longer wait time on the menu, the waitress was just giving lame excuses. On top of all of this the waiting staff messed up the splitting of the bills and another waiter was just brushing complaints off by saying he came on time to work. Please avoid this establishment, if you want decent service and food without horribly long waiting times and especially, if you are with a large group of people.

The staff was informed about the situation on the spot and are more than aware of the table in question as at least two of the waiters were discussed with and they were let know, what happened and how dissatisfied we were. The owners response (claiming they cannot identify the table) to my review speaks in volumes of the lack of accountability and care for customers. Please avoid this...

We spent a fabulous weekend in Valencia. This restaurant was the only low point. We asked for a table and were given one outside. We ordered drinks and asked for menus. The waitress pointed at a menu on the wall next to the restaurant door. When we asked for menus at our table she slammed just one down. There were four of us. The drinks came. We then waited a further 35 minutes before deciding we would pay for the drinks and go elsewhere. As we were leaving the waitress shouted at us as if we hadn't paid. Vile woman. The next evening (Saturday) we walked past to find the place all locked up. I do hope they have closed for good. Terrible restaurant. Zero rating right...

We were in Valencia for a very short stay. Our friends booked this restaurant for us for dinner as we arrived in late. The service staff spoke quite a bit of English and the Menu too was in English..so that helped immensely. Food was good..not too expensive too. The Valencian wine the waitress recommended was very good too. They were helpful in us making our food choices too..telling us that all the dishes we wanted to order would in fact be too much! Which really was the case for us.. and surely for many people who r not well acquainted with Spanish food portions of...
