Today we visited this resturant to try the famous Paella. We ordered for 1 Chicken Paella with vegetables and 1 Chicken Paella with Mushrooms. We got surprised when the dish came. The rice was almost cold, very hard to chew, very very oily. The Valencia Paella had 1 small leg piece and a wing piece and topped with countable pieces of some kind of beans (probably Roma Beans). And for the Chicken Paella with Mushroom dish, it had 4 tiny chicken cubes and very much countable pieces of Mushrooms. With the rice texture we felt that the rice was reheated and served. In both the dishes the chicken was awsomely coocked, very soft and tender. And taste wise both the items were good as we almost finished it. We also have taken Cava and soft drink. They were good as expected. We are pretty much impressed with the behavior of the every Resturant Service Person. They are very good and kind. Restaurant ambiance was also very calmly nice and beautiful. As this is our 1st Paella experience I have no reference to compare, so I am kind...
Read moreMy recent visit to Es.paella left me with mixed feelings. The anticipation of enjoying a classic Spanish dish with my friend turned into a somewhat underwhelming experience.
We ordered the paella, hoping for a flavorful and authentic taste, but unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. The dish lacked the depth of flavor and the meticulous preparation I've come to expect from a good paella. While it wasn't terrible, it fell short of leaving a lasting impression.
Given the multitude of exceptional dining options available, I can't help but feel there are better places to enjoy a memorable paella in the area. The ambiance and service at Es.paella were decent, but the culinary experience didn't quite live up to my expectations.
In all honesty, I wouldn't rush back to Es.paella if given the chance. I believe there are more promising venues in the area that offer a more satisfying paella experience. Perhaps it was an off day, but for now, I'll be exploring other culinary options in search of that...
Read moreThis is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in the city. The service staff act like they're doing you a favor by serving you. They are completely indifferent, all three of them. I ordered seafood paella, but what I received was not paella; it was dry fried rice with overcooked seafood. Any store-bought paella looks and tastes more authentic than what they brought me. They delivered the dish in less than 10 minutes—how is that even possible?! The sangria tasted like watered-down juice with a whole glass of ice, and the beer was only two-thirds full. The chicken nuggets looked like they were made from frozen, store-bought products. I truly regret the time I wasted in this place. I do not recommend this restaurant to tourists; the paella there is just a name, and your experience there could be disappointing. I doubt locals would choose to eat here either. Fortunately, there are very few restaurants like this in Spain!
on the picture the only rice is left, as I chose to eat...
