Rong Hua — Restaurant in Valencia

Came during fallas as everything was packed and we fancied some Asian food, even though Spain has great food haha, tbh I'm local and Spanish so I'm tired of Spanish food .

Anyway, food was nice that's nothing to complain about. But the service, service was terrible, they were kind until they brought one of the plates and I told them hi sorry I don't think I ordered this and the lady said let me get my manager or whoever served me, she then came back and started telling me this is what your ordered in a very sarcastic or funny way. It's hard to explain but in a way that she was calling me an idiot but without saying it do you know what I mean. She was telling me I didn't even know what it was called , even though I'm Spanish and English and I can perfectly read the menu. After all that I told her in a very calm way, please is there anyway you could cancel this from the order or give me the other one I ordered. She just continues I can get you another plate but you'll have to pay for this. What happened to the costumer is always right? I get the whole idea of he's not always right if he's shouting at your or treating the waiter like a dick but I was just being relaxed and I didn't even touch the plate. But oh well .

The next thing that crossed a line was how they stored some of the rice and container boxes for food in the toilet 🙃🙃🙃 yumm. not sure if that is a health hazard specially Everytime someone flushes as it makes some particles airborne.

Ok I'm done now But hey the food was nice and big portion, too bad they don't know about service. Who knows maybe I just...

NO VUELVO JAMAS A PEDIR EN ESTE RESTAURANTE NI EN JUST EAT.

He pedido por just est cosa que ya no recomiendo, ya que los repartidores no quieren subir las escaleras ni aún dándole facilidades(cosa que forma parte de su trabajo).

Independientemente de eso, llamo al restaurante para pedir soluciones ya que en casa tenemos 2 personas con movilidad reducida y dependientes, a lo que me atiende una "señorita" exigiéndonos bajar y justificando los actos de la repartidora, cuando le he expuesto varias veces que tengo dos personas dependientes, a lo que acto seguido a empezado a gritarme, no dejarme hablar con una falta humildad y condescendencia impropio para una persona que trabaja cara público.

Acabo victimizandose diciendo que no le hablará mal, cuando ella ya había elevado el tono de manera impropia y acto seguido me colgó el teléfono.

Minutos tardes me llama un señor, imagino que un superior con tono amable interesándose en la situación y con un caracter conciliador. La solución que nos dio al final fue la primera que facilitamos y que ofrecimos nosotros.

Al final lo que pasó con la entrega fue lamentable, juzgandonos la repartidora y llamándonos desconsiderados, groseros y perros por no acceder a bajar todos los pisos (pq no puedo dejar a las personas dependientes demasiado tiempo solos), todo esto con un tono desagradable y mal educado.

No volveremos a pedir a este restaurante por la maleducada de su empleada, justificando al reparto (que es ajeno a ellos) que aún fue mucho peor...

Disclaimer: vegan travellers here. We tried dozens of various vegan and similar restaurants in Valencia, but they are mostly aiming for tourists etc.

Then, we found this place. The food was fresh, amazingly tasty and the spice was right on the spot. We did tofu de la casa and mapo tofu picante menu. Both were astonishing. Can't recommend more.

Regarding the prices, each plate with rice drink and coffee was below 9 euros! So don't hesitate anymore - come here and embrace these...
