This evening we went out to get some japanese food and what we got was quite pleasing.
The Gyoza seemed lets say normally good, but the Sushi and the Yonkatsu were extraordinary well prepare and tasted quite good.
I myself had the Tempura Roll and was quite happy in the end.
The service was really good as we never had the feeling to be in a rush even if we took some time to read the menu (translation on the website wasn't 100% on point).
I definetly wouldd come here again if I am in Valencia in the future.
One downside might be, that vegetarian dishes were there, but we weren't able to figure them out easily as they weren't marked...

Read moreWe made a reservation using Google Maps and it went smoothly although they were still preparing when we arrived.
The sashimi was nice. They have a different way of serving wasabi, consistency was like that of the octopus ceviche. It was good nonetheless and went straight to my brain.
They serve Kirin beer which we like. Oh and they have a good taste of music. They were playing good blues. We will try the seats by the bar counter next time and request for my arroz blanco on the side to be served in a small bowl and not a big plate hehe. But it was nice that they accommodated...
