I am always happy to spend money at a place that offers such great service as Plaza Churrería Bocatería. We were lucky to arrive when the place was not too busy, and we had time to chat with the owner, Zuzana, and her son.
There is a beautiful story behind this family-run business. They ran a bocatería for years before starting Churrería Plaza. They strived for perfection from the very start, hiring a professional from the Canary Islands to teach them how to make the best churros/porras for their customers.
Zuzana passionately explained how important it is to have properly risen yeast dough and the exact oil temperature to make churros/porras both crunchy and spongy. Their attention to detail is part of their personality. They moved their business only 20 meters because Zuzana thought the new location was just a little bit better.

I told the owner I'd have to run back (3 minutes walk) to collect cash from my partner. He expressed it was no problem, and I could take them for free.
