This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food quality is extremely bad, and their customer service is even worse.
I ordered cheese mixed macaroni but only wanted chicken in it. They said they couldn’t customize the menu. Whose ridiculous idea was it to add seafood to cheese macaroni?
I also added falooda to my order but specifically told them not to make it until I informed them. When I got full and asked them to cancel the falooda, they outright refused. I asked to speak with the manager, and only then did they go to "discuss" the matter. By that time, the falooda had already arrived. Then they had the audacity to tell me that when they tried to cancel the order, it had already been prepared. Who asked them to make it at that moment? I clearly said I would inform them when to proceed with making it.
The falooda they served was just ice water with coloring, not even a hint of sweetness. It was obvious it was made in a hurry just to create a scene and force me to take it. This restaurant only cares about making money, not what the customer actually wants.

Read moreAs soon as we entered (23:02) and found a seat (downstairs) a cockroach 🪳 welcomed us by flying on to my dad's shirt. We were also entertained by 3 guys arguing and pushing eachother without taking our order. Later on another server who was very friendly assisted us throughout the stay. (from 23:10 - 23:45 or so)
Order was as follows, Dum Biriyani - was tasty and plenty of chicken pieces were included in the rice Cheese Naan - was alright not as much taste of cheese though Ice Coffee - apparently they include chocolate 🍦, requested to not include any choc related ingredients and therefore was remade by adding vanilla 🍦. Although there was a hint of choc taste in it. It tasted quite good.
Also throughout the whole dining experience there were 🪳 walking all over the table, chairs & on the floor, as if they were pets who are being brought up in there. (Which is why 1 star for atmosphere)
Bought from outside (takeaway section) of Almaas, Gulab Jamun (includes around 6 pieces) Watalappan (small one) Two more other sweet items
Obviously which all of them...
