My friend and I went here very happily. Because, that it is a very beautiful place that fills the heart. Here we drank the best cappuccino ever. Also, I ate the most delicious coffee cake from here. Along with cleanliness, order and taste, we also got a very good customer service. A very loving person does this.. For the few minutes after a delicious cappuccino, we received a delicious tea treat from this beautiful man for our friendship that was built during that time.. So.. I wondered if there are such people in this world. A very beautiful heart..Thank you so much for you 🍃.. So.. If you are coming to colombo, this is a place that you must not forget.. This person will definitely make your day interesting.. With the view and that taste, it will be a different experience for sure.. "I had the incredible opportunity to undergo a one-month barista training program at Caroma Elite Coffee Shop, where I was able to learn the ins and outs of the coffee-making process, from brewing a variety of high-quality coffee beverages to understanding the importance of maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a busy cafe environment. The training provided me with hands-on experience in using different types of coffee machines and equipment, as well as ensuring that every cup met the highest standards. Additionally, I learned customer service skills, including managing customer orders with efficiency and care.

I had a terrible experience at Caroma Elite Specialty Coffee. Honestly, I expected much more from a place that claims to be “elite.” The service was slow, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. The staff seemed uninterested, and I had to wait far too long for a simple order — even though the place wasn’t busy.

The coffee tasted bland and watery — definitely not what you’d expect from a specialty coffee shop. The food was just as disappointing — cold, overpriced, and lacking freshness. Cleanliness was another issue: the tables were sticky,
