ඛාන් ඔරලෝසු කුළුණ බොම්බායේ ඛාන් පවුල විසින් ශ්රී ලංකාවේ කොළඹදී ඉදිකරන ලදි. ඔරලෝසු කණුව ජනප්රිය සලකුණක් වන අතර පිටකොටුව වෙළඳපොළට පිවිසීම සලකුණු කරයි. ඔරලෝසු කණුව 20 වැනි සියවසේ මුල් භාගයේදී ඉදිකරන ලද්දේ ෆ්රම්ජී භිඛජී ඛාන්ගේ පවුල විසිනි. මෙම පාර්සි පවුල ඉන්දියාවේ බොම්බායේ සිට පැමිණි අතර, එවකට ශ්රී ලංකාව ලෙස හැඳින්වූ ලංකාවේ සුප්රසිද්ධ කොළඹ තෙල් කම්හල් මෙන්ම අනෙකුත් ව්යාපාරික අවශ්යතා ද හිමිකරගෙන ඇත. ඔරලෝසු කණුව වැඩ කරන ජල උල්පතක් ද සපයා ඇත, නමුත් මෙය තවදුරටත් ක්රියා නොකරයි. ඔර්ලෝසු කණුව මත ඇති ඵලකයේ සෙල්ලිපිය සටහන් කර ඇත: "මෙම ඔරලෝසු කණුව සහ දිය උල්පත ෆ්රම්ජී බිඛාජී ඛාන් සිහි කිරීම සඳහා ඔහුගේ පුතුන් වන භිඛජී සහ මන්චර්ෂෝ ෆ්රම්ජී ඛාන් විසින් ඉදිකරන ලද අතර එය නගර සභාව හරහා කොළඹ පුරවැසියන්ට කැප කරන ලදී. 1923 ජනවාරි හතරවන දින, ඔහුගේ මරණයේ 45 වන සංවත්සරය." කුළුණ දළ වශයෙන් තට්ටු හතරක් පමණ උස වන අතර එය සුප්රසිද්ධ වෙළඳපොළට පිවිසීම සලකුණු කරන භූ දර්ශන සහිත වටරවුමක පිහිටා ඇත.
