Pool Bar — Restaurant in Colombo

The thing is we probably spent more money here today than anyone else, we also payed for the pool but we had a feeling we're not welcomed here. Only woman at the pool reception was welcoming. I don't want to say the others were not nice. Waiters were forcing us in every possible way maybe not intentional but we felt like that. They didn't have had half juices on the menu and drinks. I have more than 20 years experience in catering/tourism. Their managers need to learn asap. We had feeling that we need to leave pool at 5pm although working hours are until 9pm. The view is great and atmosphere is great but ffs leave guests alone! Never upserve empty plates or drinks from the table until the others have finished eating or drinking. I would spend more money if they left me alone. We didn't enjoyed pool at night just because of everything I said. The pool is great tho and sauna, everything is well equipped and clean. The food? One of the most chill places ever. Right by the pool and the Beira Lake and the surrounding is beautiful and full of activity but you have your own space. Good choice of cocktails & mock-tails and happy hour offers are available. Shisha prices are good here but only a limited number of flavours.
