Fresh and good quality, the staff was helpful and I like when they share their opinion on what I should try since it is my first visit here. I tried their chocolate semla since they recommended it. It's not my cup of tea normally, but I love to try new ideas when it come to food. The chocolate mousse made it a bit less heavy compared to normal cream and it tasted nicely with the almond filling. The negative part was probably the construction of the semla. The almond paste was very soft so the bread became compact at the bottom, and everything kind of collapsed when I started to eat it. There really isnt words to describe how good this is. Several couples on date at this place and that seems logical to me. Best chocolate experience I have ever had. Best chocolate confection I have ever had. Best chocolate drink I have ever had. I mean, words fail me, it was better than I can describe. No wonder they end up in white guide year after year. The espresso was only good, not super awesome like everything else. But even the sun has spots as they say. Staff was very friendly and efficient....

De vill att kunder betalar och lämnar lokalen så snart som möjligt. Jag och min vän var där idag. Vi beställde var sin lunch och även fika. Jag var där 1,5 timme och jag åt och snackade med min vän mest av tiden. Det var inte många kunder i lokalen och vi tillsammans tog ett litet bord med 2 stolar. Sedan frågade jag en i personalen om wifi-lösenordet. Han sa att vi redan hade suttit länge och ville därav inte ge ut lösenordet. Vi kände oss otroligt ovälkomna så vi lämnade lokalen. Det var andra kunder som hade stannat längre och jobbat på deras dator. Varför säger ni inget till dem om ni har en sådan regel?

Det finns tydligen andra kunder som också har haft samma otrevliga upplevelser här och ni verkar inte ändra er. Ni borde ha en tydlig skylt på ingången som säger att man kan stanna max. 30 minuter vid 100 kronors köp. Då slipper kunder otrevliga upplevelser hos er och ni slipper tjata på kunderna att beställa mer. Det är i vilket fall trist att få en sådan här upplevelse när man köpt både mat och fika. Jag kan förstå ägaren till en viss nivå, men detta kändes ytterst otrevligt...
