Nice atmosphere and good looking dishes but there is too much off the shelf stock used in the dishes making them salty and not fresh. I had the chicken and the combination of the vegetables, garnish and the heavy chicken stock based sauce gave the food a chicken soup feeling. I thought I am eating a decomposed chicken soup. The chef needs to work on the combination of flavors and the freshness of the food rather than the look.
For the brunch we had the toast, eggs Benedict and the omelet. The toast was the best. It was interesting to see new flavors however there was only a small piece of lobster 🤨but quite generous with the truffle. Omelet was a good value for the money. Eggs of the Eggs Benedict were runny and good but the hollandaise was too much and together with the runny yolk turned the whole dish into a soup. Bacon should have been thicker. Overall a new experience and interesting that Gothenburg is adding new items to the menu and more egg based dished are introduced. But still too many mistakes in the flavors, consistencies and portions which unfortunately is the case for most restaurants in this city.

The eggs were cold and not properly set (clear, whites not cooked). The chicken, I actually thought maybe I had received a sort of vegan 'chicken' first because it was a disgusting quality of chicken. Like rolled thigh or reshaped meat. Completely inedible. Additionally, it was still a small portion for the price, half a slice of sourdough with the avocado, 'chicken' and two eggs. My husband had the frittata and it was cold.
