Bad service: 1)For 4 people with 2 seniors we got high chair bar table while there's plenty of other more convenient tables available. Very troublesome for them to get up and down; 2) ordered red wine to my pasta, it was sour and old, tasted like vinegar. Confirmed by others that it was left open too long. Wanted to return it and get a beer instead, the waiter requested us to pay for both; 3) food was served, no knife or fork or napkins on the table; asked a waitress and she came back with one napkin ( we are 4). 4) food looked good but tasted bad, no waiter or waitress cared to ask. Bad food: we ordered 3 hamburgers and one vegetarian pasta. Pasta was cold and tasteless; two pieces bacon in the hamburger, one burned like coal, one undercooked. Wine was left open too long, tasted like vinegar and still requested to pay for it.

Read moreUsed to be good (when Bergakungen opened) but the food quality got more and more bland, and there are fewer and fewer dishes. Dishes that I used to like had changed to become vegetarian and when I asked if they could add beef (they have it from other dishes, exact same) they said no. Which is a clear sign that the food is not prepared on order but on beforehand or even bought ready-made.
They also used to offer potato chips and/or grissini/bread but they stopped doing that. The prices are still same level.

I had the Flank steak with fried Gnocchi, and enjoyed it but some more sauce would not have hurt. They got quite boring on their own, being fried dough pieces and all...
