Edo sushi — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

They should rename this place to Edo Noodles, as they seem to put more effort into their noodles, but I didn't try those. We have sushi and it was really mediocre in every way, tasteless sushi rice, some of the fish didn't feel fresh and the pieces didn't hold together well. Amount of ginger was on the low end. And the miso soup wasn't kept properly warm in the self serve kettle. Also they were out of condiments at the miso station. Would be nice to add some music to the atmosphere as many of the other guests that the devoured the soups made alot of noise. Warning if you are sensitive to sloppy...

The service attitude is bad. We waited for our dishes for 40minutes even the guests who came after us had received their foods. The ridiculous part is I stepped to the cashier and asked why, the cashier doubted me taking order from her. She acted like “I’m sorry but did you really take order from me?” then told me to be patient?? Then one of the foods we received was literally tasteless! Compared to another portion, the person who prepared this one might forget to put ingredients. Would never ever come to this place again. Blaming your mistakes on us guests is red flag. And the foods you cooked...

The boss' attitude was very bad, and there were no safety handrails or warning signs on the stairs. My 6-year-old son rolled down the stairs and his nose was bleeding. His face was bruised and his teeth were bleeding. The boss didn't think there were any safety hazards in the store. My son said he tried to grab anything nearby before he fell, but unfortunately he couldn't.
