Wow What can I say Quite possibly one of the best burgers I've had on this planet! (Dare I even say, the best!!) I had planned to come here on night 2 and the pizza place next door on night one but they closed their kitchen at 7:30??... their loss!! So burger it was... I chose the triple burger and mixed fries What magic did they do in the kitchen? It was juicy but not dripping with fat, it appeared to have different elements of cheese to it (it may have had a mix of cheese, I don't know, I couldn't read the menu!!) It had a hint of chillie to it and a touch of sweetness it was just sensational! It was that good I am going back again tonight!! My only minor comments would be -a little packet of hamd wipes provided would have helped! -the waiter/greeter could have been just a little more attentive... this certainly is not a bad comment towards him but just something was missing... I was shown to my table but he immediately walked away to seat the guests behind me. Taking my order and serving me again just something missing... not a complaint it may just be his manner but some other guests may find it rude. I can't wait to return tonight and may even update, add another review!! updated review I did return the following night! I'd like to add the waiter/greeter Sun 1st Dec i forgot to ask his name (he wore glasses) he was fantastic and deserves credit compared to my above mentioned from the night before. He really took time to offer recommendations and check in to see how I was doing throughout my meal. I preferred my burger the night before but once again the burger i did have on this occasion was great! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone reading this...

Restaurant had a nice atmosphere to it, the music that played was good, wasn’t to loud or anything.

The food came out fast and was freshly cooked. No comment on the service, since the interaction with the staff was bare minimum.

The food was a bit above average, I had the blue cheese. The bread on the burger was soft and crispy. The meat medium inside with a nice crust on the outside. A bit of a disappointment is that I barely could taste the caramelised onions and the blue cheese lacked a bit in flavour. So unfortunately the burger in whole was a bit lacklustre. The burger was sturdy and held together when eating it which was nice since it didn’t get to messy.

I got mixed fries with the burger which were good, usually I don’t like thick fries, but these were really good, crispy and well seasoned. The bourbon sauce I had with the fries was a bit overly sweet for my taste.

I’ve been a regular customer at this burger place for the past three years, and one of the main reasons I kept coming back was because I could always bring my dog and feel welcome. It had become a special place for us. Unfortunately, today I was deeply disappointed.

A new staff member told me I couldn’t stay inside with my dog – something that has never been an issue before. When I tried to express my frustration, she didn’t listen and seemed unprepared to handle the situation with any empathy or professionalism.

I left feeling truly upset, not just because I couldn’t eat at a place I’ve always enjoyed, but because the warmth and consistency I had come to expect were completely gone. I hope the management reflects on this, as it’s very disheartening to be treated this way after...
