Foodie Neo Asian Gourmet Kitchen (Göteborg) — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

Firstly: if you get the chance to choose seating, make sure you sit as far in as possible, away from the entrance. We got a table just next to it and for some unknown reason there's a automatic doorbell every time someone enters or exists, it's loud too. Besides that, there's not much to say about this anonymous venue. Among other all-you-can-eat asian buffets in town, this is not top-tier, more. likely the opposite. This place has more of an "industrial feel" when it comes to how the place is run. Perhaps the location tells how they don't need to do much to get the customers coming. Hard to imagine many of them coming twice though. It's a pity, because the place has some potential. The food is "OK". The buffets (stir fry, traditional western/Chinese, sushi and ice-cream) are well maintained and in order. Bathrooms, on the other hand are a total disaster, at least during busy hours. Service is efficient but not personal. I will not eat...

Food there are salty, and they taste all the same. There's only one chef working at the BBQ station, my food was queued in the last, the chef put everyone's plate ON my food when he put food on other people's plate, and my food was so burnt. In the end 3 of the restaurant workers came to us 1 by 1 to tell us that we should leave because they're serving dinner soon. I looked at the time thinking I could eat some sushi since it's not that salty, so I grabbed some sushi and came back to one worker complaining to another in Chinese said "She just grabbed more food" (my friend who was there with me speaks Chinese) despite I still got like 15 minutes, BTW the salmon on the sushi wasn't even fresh. We went there around 4, less than 1 hour till they serve dinner buffé, waited for like 20 mins for the chef to cook, in the end they couldn't wait to kick us out even though we still had time. Will not go back...

The worst Chinese restaurant ever. I live in germany and i have tried so many Chinese restaurants, and when they say open buffet that means you will find so many types of food. At this restaurant you will find very small place for both fruit and salad, and they have only two fruits: pineapple and watermelon( at the chinese restaurant at my town there are always at least 10 types of fruit), the same i can said about ice cream, they have only vanilla ice cream and its not realy ice cream, its machine ice cream. Fish only one dish, shrimp only one dish too. The drink machine was broken so we ordered drink from the bar but the surprise was, we should pay for the drink!! are you kidding, why you call it open buffet when i should pay for drink and you have one dish from each type of food. and when i tried to argue with them, they pretend that they dont speak English!!? They deserve zero star for...
