Easily the best lunch you can get for your money. Cashier/front of house is nice and friendly. Salad buffet is top notch, inventive and tasty. Salad varies every day and got a variety of pretty expensive stuff. Lovely home baked bread. I have eaten mostly fish, but 4 out of 5 times its been a bit overcooked and slightly small in size but you can go for seconds I was told. Got one (1) mussel in a shell in the soup (se pic). The cheese on the burger was translucent, never seen that before (se pic) but the taste of the meat was great. Otherwise the tastes and seasoning is very good overall. The chefs on the hotplate are friendly. Its kind of "fine dining for lunch" with very nice presentation that takes some time to plate (se pics). Big plus for the salad, the overall taste and front of house! Get the fish right and I would update the rating to a 5. The meat is just hands down a 5 star rating, one of the best I have eaten anywhere. Edit: Fish is now better so a FIVE Revisit after 6 Months: The place really picked up and was packed with patrons. Hade a super nice fish burger from salmon and hake. Liked the condiments, but who came up with the idea of garlic in the coleslaw? Unfortunately the tables were also dirty and not cleaned. Fräscht och i tiden. Genomtänkt meny, 100+ för lunch, kött fisk samt en vegetarisk. Dock är jag inte smakkompatibel med flertalet av rätterna. Salladen man tar för sig innan man betalar är ofta utplockat, man tar god tid på sig att fylla på nytt. Vill du krydda på maten extra finns salt att välja på. Men smaken är givetvis helt individuell. Det kan köa på ordentligt vid lunch så kom lite innan eller direkt efter den värsta rusningen om du vill ha "allt att välja...

Ett av mina absoluta favorit lunch ställen i Göteborg. Personalen är alltid trevlig och hjälpsamma. Maten är fantastiskt vällagad och påhittig. Och för den som är extra hungrig så kan man ta en vända till!! bättre än så bli det ju inte. Sallads buffén är lyxig och fräsch med goda råvaror med allt från stora fina oliver till härliga dressingar. Jag rekommenderar verkligen...
