Hard Rock Cafe Gothenburg — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

Went here for an early afternoon dinner some days ago with my wife and 3 friends. We got placed at a table for six persons very quickly by a friendly female staff. Then a male colleague came also quite quickly to take our drinks order. The cocktails we received were not in the typical .4l hard-rock-glasses but in normal, i guess, .3l Glasses. Completely full with ice, making it .2l content Max. However the ice Was necessary because all contained Juice was non-cooled. After about 10 min and many stirring, the cocktails were drinkable. But even the long Island icetea was "thin" like non-alcoholic. The ordered food was "ok", but there was no "local-type" burger available (as i know from other stores). The upgraded bacon-cheese-fries were absolutey tasteless, the burgers was ok. The grilled salmon was tasty (quite good), but a little bit more sauced would had Made it perfect. We sit there for about 70 min but no waiter came to Pick up the finished plates after we finished our meals or to ask if we'd like to order a second drink. After waiving for about 5 minutes another waiter noticed us, slowly came to our table and noted that we'd like to pay. She informed her male colleague and it took another couple of minutes until He came to our table for the payment. As we wanted to split the bill we had to follow him to the cashier at the Bar. After getting the receipt, i noticed that the prizes in the System differ from those in the menu cards. As it Was a bit cheaper in the system in the end, so i decided not to complain. However this is an absolute no-go and at home i would have informed the consumer advice Center. Overall: i was very disappointed and will not visit hard Rock gothenburg again. Also abstained from spending further Crowns...

Use to have good experiences there.. 1 or 2. Today I booked a table for 10 people and another with 4.. Was not informed that I need to be there for a total of 2 hours (did not have any msg about this !)NEVER saw this in other places ..but as it was 10 people.. some got delayed and we didn’t care about the hours.. After 1.5 hour .. someone from there called our attention very impolite and rude .. stand and pointing that the kids can not be stand and play around the table .. and arguing that we only have some minutes of booking.. and main complain was that we were there for too much time drinking without order food. This situation was a lot embarrassing.. i expected more respect.. from a place like that... In answer of what you said below .. I would love to be attended with all words below . I would also be happy to understand. BUT this was not the case. I know how to understand when someone is rude .. and that was the case! No option for me instead of leave .. you should review how staff attend tables.. it’s not for everyone.. this demand...

We came here for a meal on New Years Day on the evening. It wasn’t a busy as we were expecting it to be, however, we were quite disappointed overall. Firstly, the service was quite slow considering it wasn’t very busy. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my drink to arrive (was just a mocktail) where as my partner got his within 2 minutes. We ordered the chicken tortilla and I had the cheesburger - we both found the meat to be quite dry and my burger bap was also quite dry too. The chips were very salty too - it wasn’t worth the price we paid unfortunately, especially as we went to another burger restaurant in the city a few days prior which was cheaper and exceptionally better. I thought coming to a world famous restaurant chain like this it would be amazing but was quite disappointed and wouldn’t rush back to any Hard Rock Cafe if this is the type of quality you get - you might as well just go to McDonald’s. I wouldn’t recommend. Go elsewhere for better food and...
