The opening hours are good, the environment is also ok.

The variations of different sweet breads and sandwiches have decreased a lot during the last years, the same is for the quality: There is no longer much of a French touch, for example now the only have Swedish cinnamon buns instead of pain au raisins in the past.... sandwiches used to be pretty good with the stuffings. Now they put very little cheese, very little ham and the place them in the visible parts. But if you open the sandwich then you can see that they stuffed a lot of cheap salad (”isbergssallad” in Swedish) in the non visible parts... I can understand that the quality has decreased as it seems the chain sent home the French bakers to France, and they moved the bakery to a non visible place in Gamlestan. (Before you could see the French bakers baking the bread on the other side of a glass wall in their cafe at Övre Husargatan... )

Another thing which is bad in all their cafes are the WiFi, on some it doesn’t work for many weeks (at the cafes inside the chopping center of “Nordstan”, on others as this one it’s extremely slow. On the latter you are lucky to even get a connnection, and if you get one you will be surprised on how...

We went in to this place to grab a bite Togo and a drink. Doors were opened, worker behind the counter. We walked in, go to order and the very cocky* employee just said one word- Stängt! We tried to talk w him to find out if it was the closing time so we knew for the following day so that we could make it before it closed. He never answered us, he glare forward and had his earbuds in. He ignored our question and walked to a different part of the restaurant. Rude AF! Never again will I spend a krown at Le pain français. Son attitude ma donnée un très mauvais goût. Un peu con et baveux. Il peut garder son café et son gâteau. Also, if you are closed, close the door and make sure that the open hours match the time listed. Horrible staff, service and attitude to match. Many more and better places...

Have been here several times and always dissapointed. The bagels arent bagels, its some kind of round baguette.

Eggs are always cold. Ordered something without bacon, got it with bacon anyways.

Service was terrible, waitress was on her phone or listening to music, had headphones in the entire time and could barely answer questions. When the coffee was ready she didn't say anything, just let it stand there ok the counter.

And today, last time I will be here, I ordered pancakes, only to found out 20 minutes after payment and waiting that they don't have pancakes. Couldn't get payment back on the card.

Don't eat here if you want something...

Had the daily lunch, absolutely not bad. But nothing special either, and for the price, I would say I personally will go somewhere else next time. Other than that, very interesting decor, definitely stands out. I sat down in what was looking like a really comfortable chair, but it was too low for the table it was sat at.
