You could mix it yourself which is a small, but important detail and it looked very inviting.

The schnitzel, a famous highlight, was nothing short of extraordinary. Enormous in size, the batter achieved a perfect balance—crispy on the outside and irresistibly juicy on the inside. Well-cooked, well-sized, and bursting with flavor, it claimed the title of the best schnitzel in town for all four of us.

Dining with three others, the atmosphere was vibrant, gradually filling up as the evening progressed. The genuine experience from start to finish added to the overall positive impression.

While the dessert may not have reached the same heights as the main dishes, it was still a tasty conclusion to an exceptional meal.

Surprisingly authentic-feeling and very cosy restaurant with great friendly service and great food. Our party of six tried the classic Wiener schnitzel and the lamb racks, in addition to potato gnocchi (daily specials) starters, as well as a range of deserts. Schnitzels were huge, even the half portions, and were served with Austrian potato salad (using vinegar but little or no mayonnaise) - something rarely seen in Scandinavia - a side of salad and boiled potatoes with parsley. Food served based on genuinely well thought through recipes combining the best resources into a culinary experience. However many of the dishes won't be sampled because the Wienerschnitzel is simply one of the best in Europe. You'd have to travel to Austria or Bavaria to find anything better. Lately white asparagus is served but the chef refuses to combine it with the schnitzel as is customary in Bavaria in spring time together with sauce hollandaise.
