The concept is great but the restaurant needs some improvements which I know they can do given how much money they charge to eat there. Popcorn given for free at the start was extremely soft, popcorn is supposed to be crunchy not soft. Tables can be a bit more far from each other. I had a child wanting to cross close to my table from her table and they almost knocked the food down. The food came either warm or cold but not hot. This is because they prepare to much food all at once before ordering. Food SHOULD be hot. For example fries. The “free birthday dessert” comes free for the entire table if the birthday is of a child and free only for 1 person if the birthday is of an adult. In addition the child gets the song sang by the staff and the adults doesn’t, which is pretty weird to separate. The child menu is boring and not many food are child friendly. The deep fried things, fish or waffle look bad and I don’t know if that’s because the oil is to old ? Place is way to dark and I do not get the appeal of this in a country that suffers darkness for 70% of the year. Lack of Sangria is sad as first it takes very little to make it and second is a signature of tapas so sad to now find it in any of the menues on the 4 restaurants in Gothenburg. The tapas are pricey for the size so a slight increase of the size would make the money worth. We spend 945 sek 2 adults and 1 toddler and we did not feel supper...
Read moreA meme restaurant in the worst sense of the word. I had a multitude of problems during my visit. First off it's a stressful experience, you have a limited amount of time during your visit, that I'm combination with the 15+ minutes it takes to prepare the dishes means that you have to order a couple of dishes at the time to stand a chance to finish etyating during your allotted time. Second, there is no table service. You order the food through their app and after its all been prepared you receive a push notification telling you to walk to the counter to receive your order. The ordering through the app is very convenient, but it's all ruined by not having table service. This is my chief complaint about the place, fix this and the score would instantly go up by an entire star. My third complaint is all the little annoyances you are subjected to during your visit including, but not limited to, having the world's most annoying audio track play while visiting the toilet, no table service if you pay with cash, the staff asking you to help them collect the dirty dishes for them to an unreasonable extent and having the place where you grab your drinks and where you grab your food be at different floors making you walk even more. It's genuine McDonald's level of service for mid tier restaurant prices. Only plus and the saving grace making this a 2/5 review is that the food is pretty decent and there is a reasonable selection to...
Read morePinchos is a good place, especially when you're meeting up with a large group of friends. You order and pay through their app, which makes the experience quick and convenient. The food is usually tasty, and the drinks are generally well made.
However, since the service is fully app-based, you're responsible for picking up your own order and bringing it to the table. Table reservations are time-limited, and it doesn’t matter if you’ve finished eating or not—they’ll kindly ask you to leave once your time is up, as new guests are already waiting.
Getting assistance from the staff isn't always straightforward, but when they do help, they're friendly and polite.
Overall, it’s a nice place to hang out, but not ideal if you're looking to sit down and enjoy a long, relaxed evening with friends. Still, it's a great meeting point for a quick and casual...
