Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

Never ever I will come back to this disqusting so-called restaurant. Prices are insane for this quality. Dr.Oetker frozen pizza is heaven compared to this.

Customer service is beyond zero and why do they let kid working there? They are watching you all the time and speaking loud to each other. Saw the chef's sweat drops falling on pizza. Worker in hijab was the worst ,she(he) was very agressive and looked at me with disqust after I asked question about Pulled Pork pizza.

The food was oily and had urine smell in it ,specially pizzas with pulled beef and pork. I felt very unsafe at this place and will never ever comeback or recommend it to anyone. You can not call it pizza at least the ones in this specific "restaurant".

Toilet smell filled the entire restaurant. The place is very dark and dirty. Drinks machine serves very bad drinks which are mostly water and no sparkling in it.

I thought that Pizza Hut was supposed to be a well respected franchise, but instead it's the worst food...

It had been a long time since I had eaten at Pizza Hut, so when we came across this restaurant, we had to go in and reminisce a little back to the early 2000s. We chose a Bacon BBQ pizza as well as beer and mineral water. The premises are nice, located in a basement on Nordstan, and they came quickly and prepared a table for us when we arrived. The order and payment was made over the phone on a website, and beer was served by a waiter. You had to get mineral water yourself, but that was fine. And then the famous pan pizza came to the table, something we haven't tasted in many, many years. The pizza was good, but I don't recommend BBQ on pizza, next time we'll try regular sauce. The sauce makes it a little sweet and there was a little too much of the sweet ;) But it was eaten up and we were glad we stopped by to remember...

One of the worst experiences ever. We payed first, waited for the food 15-20min to see our food getting delivered to the next table. After asking the waiter, he insisted the order was for the other table. After a short while he came back to confirm that our order had gone to the wrong table. Instead of apologizing he began to shout at the table that had received our food and asked them why they didn’t say anything. The whole situation was a mess. The poor mother with his 2 children was speechless and got shouted at from the waiter. They just ate their food fast, didn’t even finish and just left. The whole thing made me super mad, and is something that I will never forget about this place. The food was not good and the service even worse, therefore a place I would never never never visit again. And advise you not...
