Not vegan friendly because of terrible customer service.

They have 2 vegetarian options on the menu. Both contain cheese and sour cream. I asked to hold those 2 ingredients, but replace them with avocado. Was told avocado is an “expensive ingredient.” But I’m saving you two other ingredients? Also, why does being vegan mean I should pay for stuff I don’t eat, instead of having the chance for fair substitutes?

The only thing prohibitively expensive is what consuming dairy does to the environment. Also, losing a customer because you act rude and start arguments instead of acknowledging your policies...

I’m grateful to have a burrito place in Göteborg, Sweden. They have most of the good burrito fixings with the exception of cilantro, jalapeños, and lime (3 things I feel are essential). I don’t need cabbage or sour cream, but that’s personal taste. The meat is tasty. The one thing I really don’t like is the mixing they do at the end. I think it makes the tortilla soggy!
