Slow, lousy service.. food served isn’t even the same as what the menu says.. Buffet is more like a cafeteria/school cafeteria. Half the items stated don’t exist. Ordered mozzarella sticks.. came out cold. Fish & chips came out cold. Fish undercooked and was like a wet sponge. Fries soggy enough to be braided into a nice bracelet.. if I would have wanted to. Had to get up and get utensils myself, Servera didn’t even bother bringing these.. even though I asked for them?! Didn’t even have parsley or the lemon as said on the menu. When questioning why the served food isn’t the same as the menu provided the reason was “game day menu”, Ehm well we ordered the said items from that game day menu. We even told the servers that we wouldn’t eat this food and they could send it back to the kitchen. They offered to make another for us, but in honesty.. a half empty restaurant with that many staff members running around and taking over 40 minutes to be served the first time we declined. Best part.. the staff actually had the nerve to try to charge us for the food we sent back! I mean what the actual F*CK?! You serve something that was unacceptable and we send it back with the server and decline having it remade and you expect us to actually pay for it? Server goes back to the register, comes back with a discounted price on the receipt instead. Now why on earth would I want a discount for something I haven’t even eaten, something I specifically asked to be sent back?! Not even the “manager” took it upon herself to have the conversation with us she actually avoided the issue! We told our servers over and over again that we are not mad at them or have an issue with them serving us. But paying for something that we even sent back? Yeah how about.. NO! The food wasn’t even removed from the table.. was just left sitting there throughout our duration sitting there waiting to pay for our sodas, which in all honesty is amazing to have been...
Read moreWe booked a 2hr bowling session...we waited for about 40 minutes..as half of lanes we're shut.. but so many people queued so they opened after 40 mins other lanes too :) When we paid at kassa we mentione that we also want 2 kids menu GOD checked what the dude tapped in the kassa.. they we're busy fixing drinks.. talking in between themselves and we didn't pay do much attention to what we paid. Went in the bowling area occupied a table a couch and 2 chairs..and went for questioning the staff about how what and how.. After we went to the bar we purchased ( paid separately) drinks ( orange juice , beer , vine ) water was on tap. We took 2 plates put some chiken nuggets some fries.. 2 3 slices of pizza.. keep in mind it's a buffet there with lots and lots of people and food.. while we we're playing bowling and sitting at our table in the bowling area.. we've been asked questions at least 5 times from 4 different managers in a kinda rude manner to put it like this..Who did we paid to.. receipt.. and so on. No one told us that we're not allowed to eat in the bowling area where the tables sofas & chairs are.. no one did any mistake.. we we're guilty just for being there. I miss 🇬🇧 and 🇺🇸 for their hospitality. Here we got 0 customer service unfortunately. And I did try to be ultra politely.. we paid for everything..even offered to pay if we consumed or took anything that's not included in a kids menu...but we left with a question mark and a odd feeling.. a bit disturbing as a whole experience...especially when you're with 2 4yo kids..that kinda understand what's happening. We spent all in all around 1500 kr that day..our families. Will not...
Read moreRACIST AND RUDE! On the evening of October 18th, at approximately 22:15, my friends and I decided to visit Olearys for some drinks and games, especially since La Bonatica (where we had dinner) had closed for the night.
The male bartender on duty was EXTREMELY RUDE AND RACIST. His demeanor was not only rude and impolite to our group as a whole, but it was particularly offensive to my friend who was placing our orders. What was even more alarming was the blatant racism on display. I couldn’t help but notice a stark contrast in his attitude when he interacted with me, a white Swedish customer, and other older white men present. Yet, he was exceedingly dismissive and condescending towards individuals of other ethnicities.
Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Olearys as an establishment. Discrimination has no place in our society, let alone in establishments meant for relaxation and enjoyment. We hope that appropriate action will be taken, and no other customer has to face such an unwelcoming environment.
I noticed some cameras in the establishment, I hope the management can check the footage and take appropriate actions against that person. We only ordered a game card from there and skipped the drinks because we didn't want to spend money supporting this type...
