À la Lo — Restaurant in Stockholm

Went there on a Sunday, and the place was very understaffed. We were told that it would take 30 min for us to get the food we ordered, which was fine. But after 45 min we still hadn't seen it. We asked what was up and the staff said that they actually can't estimate how long time the queue of orders takes. After 1 hour my sisters got their food, but unfortunately the kitchen somehow had forgot to make my dish. They also forgot my sisters coffee order, the water glas I got was broken, the toilet floor was all sticky etc. My feel was that the people working there was doing their very best, but that they were so stressed out that they forgot stuff. In the end I never got my food, we couldn't wait any longer and I got a refund on my dish. The poor waitress seemed genuinely sorry. I just hope the owner hires some more people and doesn't let her staff work in this abysmal hyper stressed...

Great food, and great value for money. I'm so used to paying too much for below average food in Norway that I was surprised when I paid so little for so much great food, it's obviously by no means cheap, but absolutely worth the money.

I got the Greek Salad, which came with a side of toast, a lemonade and a coconut brownie. The salad was so filling I actually had trouble finishing it and ended up having to take the brownie for later. The salad was really good, although a bit too salty when adding the toast on the side, the lemonade was refreshing without being too bitter or too sweet, and the brownie, a huge slice btw, was unbelievably good, better than any non vegan brownies I've ever had.

Update: I've been back many times since my original review. Everything I've had is amazing. I always get the matcha lemonade no matter what I eat and I highly recommend it. My favorite food for now is their avocado toast! I had the brunch plate, a latte and their freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was amazing, the sausage on the plate was just okay but I spoke to the staff and they can swap it out for something else if you ask for it when ordering. Super cozy place with amazing vegan food and very quick service. I got there shortly after they opened and it was almost full when I left, so it is very popular and that is well deserved!
