It was unfortunately really disappointing. We had ordered the stracciatella pizza and were told that they were out of the stracciatella but had a substitute. They put some shaved cheese on, which had a couple of issues. 1. It was not the same at all texturally. It was put on after, wasn’t melted, and was just odd as it was the only topping. 2. There is no way by weight, volume or sight that this was the same amount of cheese that was supposed to go on the pizza. Because it was shaved we couldn’t taste it.

Basically, we got just a tomato sauce pizza that I had to have a 10 pm reservation for, but that reservation did not guarantee that I would be able to get the most basic pizza? Also, 10pm is only halfway through their dinner service time. If you don’t have a proper substitute just don’t do it. We would have just walked away and eaten somewhere else if that had been upfront told to us. Instead, I paid a lot of money for bread dipped...

The best pizza in the city is here. This place offered outstanding pizza, simple but delicious beef tartar and amazing mille-feuille. Yet the starter dish of the squid was the rotten apple in the bucket. The beef tartar was very simple in the ingredients, unlike a lot of other places serving beef tartar with a lot of creamy sauce. Thus the original flavors of the meat was brought out properly. The mille-feuille was very crispy, and not overwhelmingly sweet, which was exactly to my liking. The pizza was the best I had in Stockholm, the pumpkin matched so well with the red pepper, spring onions and cheese. The bottom was super thin and crispy as well. However the squid with beans was not as pleasant as the other dishes, the flavors didn’t match with each other, and the odor of seafood was not removed. The environment was a bit too dim and too crowded, that our neighbor’s butt almost ran into our plate when he tried to get...

We came here after eating dinner at a random place, which was a mistake beacuse: We should have eaten here!

At first we sat by the bar and got to see the chefs doing their magic (and see mouthwatering dish after dish). We are pretty convinced that the pizza here is amazing (by the looks of it).

Even though we had already eaten we did try some smaller dishes which were really tasty. We drank a glass of OKR which was so good that I almost had an emotional response to it😂

The place was quite busy and I’m not gonna lie the service was bit so and so, however that is understandable considering how wildy hectic it was. That in mind, I recommend booking a table berforhand. And yes, do eat the pizza here, or any of the smaller dishes. We were honestly sitting there regretting not finding out about this place before now, on...

Babette bistro is a special place for wine lovers. This is both a restaurant and wine bar. Famous for its pizza and delicious small dishes. My eyes were of course attracted to the wine list. Dominated mostly by French and Italian wines, both all time classics and impressive natural wine gems, it is well balanced. The interior is simple, makes you feel at home. An open kitchen, cozy small tables and high chairs by the bar and spacious comfortable terrace in the street outside. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. The place gets busy very quickly, so it's worth the reservation in advance. Not a surprise as it's included in the Michelin guide.

Effortlessly cool. How refreshing when you find your people so far away from home. Hannah was kind enough to fit us in at the bar towards the end of the night and we got right to it. Hamachi dish and a ricotta dish to start and then a hazelnut scarmoza potato pizza! Paired perfectly with some wine suggestions I think I had Campari and tonic. Bustling and cozy. Food was tremendous. Drinks on point. To top it off they had a 90s backpack hip hop (black moon, artifacts, etc) playlist. We passed by twice earlier in the week and can see why it’s always bumping.
