Den Gamle Och Havet — Restaurant in Stockholm

By far the best Italian restaurants I've been to. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The seabass was good, charred on the outside yet soft and fresh. I ordered a side dish of spinach. At first glance I thought it was an ordinary spinach, how complicated could it be? You know what? That spinach was the best I've eaten in my life, how I wish all the vegetables in the world taste as buttery and as delicious as this. I highly recommend you to try this restaurant. My second time here and the quality is still very outstanding. I really enjoyed my grilled stuffed squid and butter prawn pasta. They were seasoned in the right way to bring the original flavor of the seafood out to the maximum, no overwhelming seasonings. Overrated. Food was average, cozy atmosphere, but the service needs major enhancement; three out of four staff who interacted with us were not particularly nice or friendly or even smiled once. Not sure what all the fuss in the reviews were about (that was the reason we gave it a try to begin with). At the end they even gave us the machine to pay alone - not even stayed to do the payment...and to top it up we felt bad...
