Valentine’s Day – A Culinary Masterpiece ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable evening where passion and precision shone through every dish, made even more special by the warm and attentive staff who ensured every moment was perfect. The journey began with crispy Fried polenta with anchovy and rich Salame toscano, setting the stage for an extraordinary meal. The Crudo of pike-perch was a standout—silky fish with vibrant blood orange, herb cream, and pistachio, perfectly balancing freshness and texture. The Pan-seared turbot was flawless—delicately cooked with fennel, Jerusalem artichoke, and a velvety white wine sauce. Pure elegance on a plate. Next came the Agnolotti with rabbit, veal, and Parmesan—silky pasta parcels in a rich, buttery chicken broth—comforting, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The evening concluded with a classic Tiramisu, creamy and perfectly balanced with espresso and mascarpone—a sweet finale to a spectacular journey. The Wine Pairing: The Il Maiolo Cabernet Merlot was truly extraordinary—one of the finest wines I’ve ever tasted. Smooth, layered with dark berries and a hint of cedar, it elevated the entire experience and paired beautifully with the agnolotti. After Dinner Delight: Just when we thought the evening couldn’t get any better, the staff served us a stunning cocktail named Farmor—a bold blend of rum, Pedro Ximénez, maple syrup, and Uigeadail. Smoky, sweet, and perfectly balanced—a memorable end to an already perfect evening. This was more than dinner—it was artistry on a plate. A perfect 5/5—an evening that deserves every star.

The good stuff: friendly staff, lively atmosphere, the wine list The ok stuff: the food , papardelle pasta. Portion size good, flavour unremarkable Torsk “pasta” , its appy size !, flavour alright maybe a bit salty. Poor: the tiramisu- not a hint of espresso or liquor . tasted like whipped cream with some sort of white cake and cocoa - brrr. We both did not feel good after eating it. The unacceptable: the location of our table. Unless of course you enjoy the feeling of sitting in a hallway with people traffic (staff) rushing by 10 cm from you - like during rush hour in the tunnelbana. Would we go back? Nope.

What an experience! We ordered most of the menu to share, and got impressed by the quality of the ingredients and how they thought the menu. Everything was incredible and perfectly paired, upon recommendations from Max, who was super helpful, knowledgeable and a joy to speak to. 5star service and great atmosphere. Can’t recommend more !

Main: Amatriciana rigatoni Dessert: Mozzarella sorbet

Atmosphere is visually great but noisy at tables close to the kitchen. Some restaurants have addressed noise with e.g. sound dampers in the ceiling. Would be welcomed here.

All in all great and will come back. Please never remove the items above from the menu! Even if the exclusive mango becomes unavailable, the sorbet must remain...
