Valentine’s Day – A Culinary Masterpiece ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An unforgettable evening where passion and precision shone through every dish, made even more special by the warm and attentive staff who ensured every moment was perfect.
The journey began with crispy Fried polenta with anchovy and rich Salame toscano, setting the stage for an extraordinary meal. The Crudo of pike-perch was a standout—silky fish with vibrant blood orange, herb cream, and pistachio, perfectly balancing freshness and texture.
The Pan-seared turbot was flawless—delicately cooked with fennel, Jerusalem artichoke, and a velvety white wine sauce. Pure elegance on a plate. Next came the Agnolotti with rabbit, veal, and Parmesan—silky pasta parcels in a rich, buttery chicken broth—comforting, flavorful, and deeply satisfying.
The evening concluded with a classic Tiramisu, creamy and perfectly balanced with espresso and mascarpone—a sweet finale to a spectacular journey.

The unacceptable: the location of our table. Unless of course you enjoy the feeling of sitting in a hallway with people traffic (staff) rushing by 10 cm from you - like during rush hour in the tunnelbana.
Would we...

All in all great and will come back. Please never remove the items above from the menu! Even if the exclusive mango becomes unavailable, the sorbet must remain...
