My co-worker and I are using the coworking space and subscription. Today was my first time using it and it was not clear to us that 1. we needed the app and 2. which of the QR codes we needed to scan, the app only said "scan the QR code". I asked the staff, one was being helpful but when I asked the other staff after the app told me the QR code was wrong, she stomped away with me to the door, and then rudely explained how it worked. I understand you might be busy and maybe a lot of people ask you this "dumb" question all the time, but perhaps that means that there is a need to improve the communication and instructions on how this works? Either way, I am not asking you because I couldn't read, I tried to solve it myself but it did not manage. Since I am a paying, regular customer - would you not at least try to be a little more nice? The "big coffee" here is barely a regular cup, I don't even want to know what a small coffee consists of? The price remain high yet you get less for it.
Updating my review after two months of co-working:
I wish it was getting better but it's worse. There are drilling on the floors above for hours at end, there is no info on what hours, what days or when the drilling is going to stop. How do you expect people to use the co-working space if there are loud drilling from 9am to 3pm? There are 8 bathrooms, but of course the staff has closed 5 of them to avoid cleaning, one bathroom has no light so you get to hopefully use the other two. Read moreJag skulle äta lunch där idag och valde att äta från salladsbaren på plats. Där var ett hårstrå som satt fast i en av mozzarella bollarna. Utöver det var det även hår i en av pastasorterna. Personalen skötte det inte bra enligt mig, dom sa att jag kunde få en bulle även fast jag betalade 150:- för salladen + en cola. När jag sa att dom får erbjuda något annat så fick jag bli krediterad för pastan men inte drycken. Det handlar inte om pengarna utan om att det bör tas mer seriöst när det finns hår på flera ställen. Hade det varit jag så hade jag inte bara krediterat utan jag hade försökt göra allt för att kunden ska känna att personen blivit hörd, förstådd och att någon faktiskt kommer göra något åt saken.
