We had the most amazing experience at Dolores— a restaurant that blends style, flavor, and warmth effortlessly. The moment we walked in, we were struck by the incredibly chic and stylish décor. The atmosphere was vibrant yet elegant, making it the perfect spot for a special night out.

The Coliflor Asada was perfectly roasted, with a deep flavor and a unique twist that made it unforgettable. The Taco de Cersei Picante brought just the right flavorful, and addictive. The Tartar de Atún was fresh and beautifully balanced, a standout for sure. And the Gambas—so tender and rich, absolutely packed with flavor. Oh and the Mousse de chocolate, was amazingggggg. Each bite felt like a celebration of modern cuisine. I MEAN IT!

What truly elevated the experience was the service. The waiters were not only attentive and professional, but also genuinely warm.

This review is long overdue. We went here for a family dinner, me, my wife and our two adult children. We were immediately taken by the warm atmosphere and welcomed by the staff. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. The bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly with good suggestions on beverages to accompany the dishes.
