Food: Bun Bo Hue is done very well. The broth is flavorful. Mam ruoc (fermented shrimp paste) is there (very critical for a good bowl of BBH) but didn't over power other ingredients. The bowl seems to be small but packs with flavors, unlike restaurants that use deceiving bigger-looking bowl.
Service: they offer free tap water and shrimp chips which is hard to find in Europe. As it's a family store, there is only one server. I'm in no rush so it was fine. The lady spoke in Hue accents. I love ppl from this part of the country so much. They are so soft-spoken, elegant, and nice.

Pho here was one of the worst that I have had. Very bland and tasteless. Had to put in a lot of soy sauce and chili sauce to get any satisfaction at all. I also did not like the fact that they are very stubborn on the menu. I asked if it was possible to add shrimp for an extra price and they said they could only swap shrimp for the beef but could not add it.
