Butiken — Restaurant in Stockholm

Sat down for a cup of tea while I waited for my boat ride. Ordered Earl Grey with milk and sparkling water. The place is quite busy in the afternoon and nearly all the seats were taken. It feels a bit cramped because the tables are so near each other. There was a group of women talking loudly and with the additional people going in and out of the place, it feels overwhelming at certain points.

The staff is not the most enthusiastic but they are polite.

We giggled at least! Smallest portion of food I've ever been served. Terrible quality as well. Yes I'm American and used to bigger portions but I've lived in Sweden long enough to still have been shocked with my Swedish friend when we were served HALF of a piece of hard toast for breakfast for 110 kr. To be served a 1/2 a slice of toast will blow my mind for eternity. Regardless of the size it was tasteless, dry and not yummy in the slightest. The place is a total disaster, they were late (we were in a hurry to the boat trip, asked them how much time it’s going to take to cook meatballs, they told 15-20min, 30+ min passed and still nothing), served cold meatballs when I came back after boat trip, refused to heat it up and absolutely zero...
