Celebrating New Year's Eve at Riche in Stockholm was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfectly tuned for the occasion – vibrant yet intimate, making us feel both excited and comfortably at home.
The culinary journey began with an exquisite serving of caviar. Its quality and flavor were impeccable, setting a high standard for the evening. This was followed by a perfectly cooked T-bone steak, which was succulent and full of flavor. The highlight for me, though, was the half chicken. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right, making each bite a delight.
The champagne served was a true testament to Riche's understanding of celebration. It paired wonderfully with every dish, enhancing the dining experience. But what truly impressed me was their extensive and incredible wine list. It was evident that Riche takes great care in selecting a range of wines that cater to all palates and preferences. The staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations that complemented our meal beautifully.
Service throughout the evening was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and well-informed, contributing significantly to the overall enjoyment of our evening.
The atmosphere, the exceptional food, and the outstanding selection of wines made our New Year's Eve dinner at Riche a memorable one. I would highly recommend Riche to anyone looking for a special dining experience in Stockholm, especially for a celebration. It's a place where the food, drinks, and atmosphere come together to create a truly...

Recently 7 of us , from India had the most unpleasant experience at Riche bar, Stockholm! We all are in 40s, well travelled, CEOs of leading companies in Pune, India. Generally I am not the kind to waste my time over reviews for unsatisfactory services or average food. However ,the way we were singled out yesterday we needed to single out this establishment for a review. We were all enjoying our drinks and having a general conversation. Suddenly one of the bouncers came up to us and said we were too loud . This was completely shocking for us as the entire bar was abuzz with activity and all groups were conversing and enjoying themselves. We informed the bouncer that they were being very unreasonable and everyone was chatting and we were being singled out. We asked him to tell other groups as well , which he did not. Obviously, because no one comes to the bar to stare at each other’s faces. After that ,we were flabbergasted when the bouncers asked us to leave. Their attitude clearly reeked of blatant racism. We left the bar with a distaste of racism. As we went out we even asked some other patrons if we were disturbing in any way and the answer was a clear no. Some were not even aware that we were sitting in the bar!
Best to AVOID this bar if you don’t support...
Read moreAvoid!!! We were made to wait for the maître d'hôte to decide that we could have a table if we finished in 50 minutes. We agreed and then they took 20 minutes to take our order. There were plenty of empty tables, two guys sitting in a table opposite ours consuming anything but one beer each during our meal. A middle aged Swiss couple sitting next to us who were told they had to leave by 8.15 (they arrived at 7.30) were eating just a salad. We don't know if the management had any policy about people wearing shorts and t-shirt (we had been sightseeing all day and felt too tired to return to our hotel and get changed) or whether they were just plain rude as the couple I mentioned were smartly dressed, besides one shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but there you go. The waiter chucked the bill on our table. Not surprisingly he didn't get a tip. We will go back to Stockholm, unlike other people who said never again, but not to this place. I suspect that were we locals we would have been treated...
