NAILED IT đŸ”„ We visited Dersch and went for “The Full Experience” – a 3-course meal that truly lived up to its name. The food was fantastic from start to finish. The schnitzel, in particular, was outstanding – crisp, flavorful, and easily on par with what you'd get in Austria, if not better. A couple of small notes: the potato salad could’ve used a bit more tang, and the extra sprinkle of salt on the schnitzel right before serving felt unnecessary – the dish is already bursting with flavor and didn’t need the extra salinity. :) We did notice that the tomato salad, which is listed as part of “The Full Experience,” didn’t make it to our table. That said, we were so mĂ€tta och belĂ„tna that we didn’t realize we didn't get it at the time. The atmosphere was lovely and the service warm and attentive. However, there was a small hiccup with the bill – we were given the wrong one and ended up paying too little. It was partly our own oversight, but ideally, the staff should double-check the bill with guests before taking payment. We of course went back to sort it out because it didn’t feel right to leave it uncorrected. Despite these minor points, we genuinely enjoyed our visit. Dersch has charm, great food, and Roy’s touch makes the experience feel personal. We’ll definitely be back. đŸ«¶ P.S Was really starstrucked to see Roy in person, I love watching his YouTube videos đŸ€

Amazing Schnitzel with a Focus on Quality Here you can enjoy really good schnitzels, from the classic Wiener schnitzel to fish schnitzel. The portions are generous, and you can order sides that pair perfectly with the mains. The drink selection is a bit smaller, but the options they do have are very good. We tried their “Full Experience” menu, where you get to taste everything the restaurant has to offer, and it was absolutely worth it. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed with a lot of attention to detail, and the staff were very professional and friendly, making sure we felt at home. The quality of the food overall was excellent, and the sides were fantastic especially the WrĂ€ngebĂ€cks sauce, which was so good it was practically drinkable. Portions are big enough to leave you satisfied. I also really appreciated that, even though you sit close to the kitchen, you don’t get disturbed by the frying smell, which can be a problem in other places. Another nice touch was the bathroom, which was well equipped and even offered items like tampons great attention to detail. The only downside for me was the price, as it’s on the expensive side for schnitzel, and the schnitzel itself was a bit less crispy than I personally prefer. But overall, the quality of the meal was excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Dersch claims to have the best Wiener Schnitzel in the world — and honestly, that’s a bold statement. But after eating here, I can say it’s definitely among the best I’ve ever had. I started with a chicken slider/burger that was outstanding. Light, crispy, and full of flavor — the perfect starter. Yes, a little messy, but they provide proper towels that actually make it easy to deal with. The schnitzel itself was excellent: light, perfectly textured, and big enough to impress without leaving you heavy or tired. Instead, it left room for dessert, which I gladly took. I tried the pancake, and that too was spot-on. Drinks? Both the wine and beer recommendations were exactly right, and even small requests were remembered and delivered without a hitch — something that rarely happens elsewhere. Service is where Dersch really shines. Roy, the owner, makes sure guests feel personally looked after, and the staff aren’t just doing their jobs; they’re genuinely interested in the guests’ experience. Even the bathroom shows the attention to detail — high quality, clean, and with real towels for your hands. To sum it up: I don’t give out 5 stars lightly, but Dersch earns it. Hats off — this place sets the bar high.

food quality – 3 – the schnitzels were plain and not sufficiently seasoned; the sauce was quite ordinary; the potato salad was the best of all food we ordered but at the same time nothing that cannot be composed at home by someone who is decent at cooking food presentation – 3,5 – there were two pieces of schnitzel in a plate with one piece of lemon. the potato salad was served in a separate dish and if you wanted any additional sides, you’d have to order and pay for them separately (e.g., sauce) value for money – 1 – the ordered dinner included 2 portions of wiener schnitzel (potato salad included), 2 portions of cafe de paris sauce and 2 pilsners; price 1028 SEK. compared to other schnitzel places in stockholm (distanced approx. 15 min away by T-bana) where you pay almost half the price and receive much better quality of food, the the experience at this restaurant was quite underwhelming. furthermore, the staff was trying to upsell the dish by recommending additions that should have been included in the first place (e.g., sauce). staff – 2,5 – it was evident that the staff was trying to perform well, however the organisation between them was lacking. there was even an occasion where two members of staff had a verbal disagreement in front of the guests. overall visible effort but kind of underwhelming and uncomfortable at moments. atmosphere – 3,5 – we were seated outside because we didn’t have a reservation, which is absolutely fine. the locale looked...
