Don't promise to deliver if you always refuse to deliver.
Pom & Flora chooses to be a part of Wolt, the question is why? Because it's impossible to order. You'll be told they're "too busy" now (is the population of Sweden depleted? How can a restaurant be constantly too busy to take orders from paying customers?).
You'll be told that you'll have to schedule your order for later: much later. Like 5 hours later. Ok. But here's the thing: At that time you'll be told that actually that's not possible, either!
It's actually just not possible to order, at all. Staff too tired? Owner doesn't want to make money? Why participate in Wolt at all, Pom & Flora, if you never, ever accept Wolt orders? I tried 6 times this weekend: it's impossible.
UPDATE: Pom & Flora replied confirming they didn't update their opening hours in the Wolt app this weekend, which they admit themselves that they have incorrectly entered (Wolt shows them as open all weekend). But apparently I'm the bad guy here: no taking responsibility for your own mistakes, instead blame the customer. And they have time to reply with snide remarks here, but not to fix the problem itself: Wolt is showing them open at 8:45 tomorrow. Can be bothered to fight with customers, can't be bothered to do things right,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food is good and sometimes great, but the place is so disorganized it makes the experience unbearable.
The young staff tries it best but management really are clueless.
Corona has made some things difficult and I sympathize, but managing a line and communicating to guests is not rocket science and other manage to do it.
Two days in a row (Saturday and Sunday which presumable are the busiest) the card machines was acting up creating a massive wait. Tables were empty for long times while groups were waiting outside. No one was checking in guests, and seating people as tables of various sizes became available. This meant the line had groups of 2 and 3 and 4 waiting behind larger groups even though they could have been seated.
It would have been much easier to have table service, but for some reason management refuse reservations and table service. If they managed this place better revenue would go up 5-10% and would have much happier customers and staff....

we came on a saturday morning and there were lots of people (we had to wait outside in a line to be seated). but the wait time wasnāt that long - about 15-20min. The waitress was really nice. I got the iced chai latte - it was really good. I also ordered the seasonal rhubarb oatmeal - it was tasty but the portion was quite big (dare i say it could feed 2 people) so just keep that in mind. My mom also said that the coffee was good (she didnāt order any food because she doesnāt have a big appetite in the morning š ). Overall the vibe of the cafe is lovely and the food was good, so I would return here if iām ever in Stockholm again.
(Note: there probably could have been lots of people because it was the weekend of the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and more people were in Stockholm in general, maybe on regular weekends itās...
