La Gelateria SoFo — Restaurant in Stockholm

been here a few times now and every single time i have adored the gelato. the variation of flavours that are different each time i visit are always as good as i imagined (so far my favourites have been the lemon & basil sorbet, the lemon & bergamot, and the matcha), they are strong but not overpowering and not too sweet. the textures are also perfect, stretchy and smooth and velvety, everything you want out of a gelato. the lemon sorbet also blew me away because i often find them to be quite icy but the sorbets are sooo smooth and tangy!!

I am unfortunate enough to both love pistachio ice cream while being picky about the taste of it. Many ice cream shops in Stockholm fall short of the bar that was set by the true "gelato al pistacchio" in Italy, but I am happy to say that La Gelateria SoFo serves the genuine article! Very few times you have the opportunity to say that you have tried the best ice cream of your life. This is without any doubt one of those times, and it might be one of the last ones.

I can for sure say that it was the creamiest and tasteful ice creams of my life. Salted caramel and Pistachio. From the first spoon to the last one, it was flavorful.
