Le Bon Plat — Restaurant in Stockholm

Went there for later lunch or early dinner, to try the Hachis Parmentier or the Boeuf bourguignon that I am missing from home. Asked if we can sit in or outside with our dog. I was waiting for my husband to join me.

The waitress looked confused and got some help from her colleagues, so eventually I was told to sit outside under the heaters. Waited for 10-15 min to bring the menu and got a glass of white wine. I was served a bottle of water with one glass when I said that I am expecting someone and will have food. My partner arrived and we waited another 20 min for someone to appear to get drinks or food order. In the meantime, the couple next to us also left cause nobody came to get the food order. I eventually went in to pay my glass of wine and We left to go to another place. I paid and said goodbye in French, and then one of the staff asked me if I was French, I said yes and left wishing them a good evening. I hope this is an exception and find the experience very sad and poor, especially that we were going there to get the nice French atmosphere and warm welcoming. The place was small and could be noisy from time to time, but it was a nice, relaxing place for a group of friends (could be nice as AW place too). We had the place for several hours (so more than a typical 2-3 hours seating time at normal restaurant).

Friendly and considerate staff.

The food was generally of good quality. I especially enjoyed the baguette that had some texture, beef & lamb sausage and bearnaise that had nice buttery tone. Would give 10 stars if I could! 🤩 The food is super delicious (fresh and local products from France, the cheese selection is beyond expectations, the bread is so tasty), and the staff is amazing, super friendly, and service-minded! I celebrated my birthday there, they helped me organize everything as I wished, and it was just perfect, we all had a very great evening! The atmosphere is super cozy. Felt like I was back home!
