Best service in Stockholm?

They kept open after hours just to give us a non stressful experience and dinner. We (me and 2 friends) arrived late at 21.30, their original closing time was 22 (saturday) and they eventually closed after 23.15. Very, very unusual in Sweden that a establishment keeps open for customers (usually staff want to go home and stress the guests, not even in their minds to stress us) therefore my thoughts to the best service in Stockholm... 👍

Anex (Hope I spell your name right), gave us a family vibe welcome and service. Took our orders, asked us if we wanted our appetizer before main course or all at the same time, came out with our drinks first, appetizers (I ordered a yummy Tandoori sallad), he asked if we needed anything else, main course came, fried Momo and Lamb curry with nan bread. Maybe because we where 3 people and only ordered 2 nan bread, Anex gave us one extra nan on the house (just like a family would do). This is not a normal way to give service in Sweden, maybe they liked our vibe. After 5 min of main course Anex asked if we needed anything else (more rice or bread, we just had to let them know).

Time is flying and we realize that its 23.05, they have not stresses us one bit. They made our dinner very welcoming, cosy and yummy.

Can't recommend this restaurant enough! We will totally come back and bring...

Terrible experience summer of 2025. Food was decent but everything was wrong with the service. From dishes not coming out - some had eaten everything when others dishes come out. no explanation no apology. Naan bread came out almost last - after many had already eaten. No one came to remove finished dishes from the table - for example starters. Waitstaff seemed completely occupied with themselves - were standing outside talking and I had to find them to ask to pay. Restaurant had maybe only two other tables at this time, so it was not that they were flooded. We were a table of 7. Ordered wine, starters, main dishes. I also spoke with them directly after the service and provided them with this feedback. Terrible unprofessional service - less than one star - no apology and no offer to remove a starter or a dish from the bill. Definitely...

I visited Lumbini Restaurant & Bar and was genuinely impressed. The sizzling momo and Himalayan momo were fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the spicy achar. The main dish was rich, well-spiced, and absolutely delicious.

The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience even more special. The cozy decor and welcoming atmosphere gave a true taste of Nepal.
