Panda Dumplings — Restaurant in Stockholm

Amazing dumplings, this is one of our favorite lunch places! The ones I've tried so far (lax&räkor, kykling&skogsvamp, fläsk) were equally good. Sides are included and you make your own sauce as spicy as you want it:) Heard the poke bowls are pretty good too, so now I just have to try everything! The place itself can have a very hectic atmosphere though, as it gets super crowded with everyone trying to order in the machines and just standing in the middle so you can't move, also the bell rings for every order ready to go (so, all the time, very stressful). It's nice that when the weather is good though they offer blankets so you can sit and eat at the park...

We ate a couple dumplings and a poké bowl. The dumplings were indeed quality products filled with umami flavour, like a meaty soup. The problem being that they all had this similar tastr regardless og filling. The taste furthermore lacked complexity and depth, that is other flavour components. The poké bowl had good tofu but the other parts were far too dominated by sweet flavours. Speaking of carrots and the allegedly spicy/chili mayo.

All in all the food experience felt lacking and off. Not bad and quality-wise not bad. Maybe the composition could use some upgrading. Shame for good food to leave a so...

The wanton soup is so tasty I am beyond words. It tasted just as good as South East Asia or Hong Kong. It is absolutely delicious. The chicken dumplings are abundance and the skin is sooo freshly made no doubt it is HANDMADE from scratch. I had to ask the owner to confirm as these days it's hard to find handmade dumplings. The soup is so tasty. 120sek well spent and come with hot tea/coffee. Appetizer are great too. Definitely will come back again with friends next round!...
