Pizzeria Buona Sera — Restaurant in Stockholm

Awful staff! My worst experience in a restaurant here ever. Seriously. Not sure if that was because we went there fairly late (we arrived at 9pm to have a quick bite, they close at 10) or if you're in generally not welcome there. I think it was even the owner of that place who was already pissed that we wanted to have pizzas that late. He finally agreed to give us a table but he was not happy about it all. While we were there a person from another table asked for a itemized receipt for his company - this got him so mad, just ridiculous. So the whole stay was just awful, never felt so not welcomed in a restaurant, a shame since the food is not bad. I won't go there again. There are so many other places who actually care about their customers so why...

On the fateful evening we visited, I ordered a pizza for myself, and when my friend tried a slice, the waiter decided to interrupt our meal and lecture us about needing prior permission to share the pizza.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. If you're looking to ruin your mood and receive abysmal customer service, then by all means, pay a visit. Just for your information: they are charging 35 Kronos extra ( 25 for sharing a pizza and + 10 Kronos for eating in the restaurant).

We found Pizzeria Buona Sera on our last night in Stockholm & I'm so glad we did! Value for money was incredible, my pizza cost less then £10 & was massive! I'd go as far as saying it was the best pizza I've had & the owner was happy to be flexible so if you wanted a certain pizza without something or to add something else was fine.
