Went here on a Friday night with 3 friends and chose the tasting menu with a wine pairing. They were super accommodating with adding certain dishes to the menu or even exchanging the dessert within the menu, as it was the same price. Service was good, a little too reserved in my opinion, but maybe that’s down to personal preference.
Food is really delicious, main focus was fish which was expertly prepared. Two of the sauces in the dishes were just incredible and so were the amouse bouches. My favorite dish was the roe deer, however, which had a great texture and tasted really rich & complex.
You have to mention the fair pricing in this restaurant. If you don’t choose a more expensive drinks pairing (wine/beer/n/a are all available), you can easily get away with a bill under 100 Euros (~1100 SEK), which in my opinion is a great value for the quality you can get.
One thing that really stood out to me was the silent, incredibly relaxed atmosphere. We were able to easily talk to each other even with toned down voices. This is something I really enjoy and value in fine dining spots as it allows you to focus on the culinary experience.

The food is outstanding! The chef-owner is absolutely delightful. He took great care in explaining each dish on the tasting menu. He is also an expert in his choices of wine/beer pairings. If you are in Stockholm, I would definitely recommend you make time to visit this...

Not sure how you can insult random guests like that just cause not wearing the best outfit. Thank you for the real Stockholm experience, of course not suggesting to visit. Top of that, not even an...
